Symptoms

You are attempting to run the Global Third Party Detail and Balances Report (JGSLATPDBL), after an upgrade from 11i to R12.1.3, and find it does not pick up 11i data.

The XLA_AE_LINES.CONTROL_BALANCE_FLAG is NULL for this data.
The flag for the accounts is set properly (GL_CONTROL_ACCOUNT = 'Y')
