Depot Repair: Managers Portal - Cannot Create Service Orders for Internally Owned Serial Numbers (Doc ID 1926129.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the service order management portal, there is a link to Create Service Orders. This is mapped to the page known in previous releases as 'Bulk Receiving'. The List of values for serial numbers on this page does not include internally owned instances that are in inventory.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that this List of Values to show those instances as well.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. logon to Oracle Apps.
2. Go to depot repair manager, vision operations
3. Depot repair / service manager portal
4. select quick link 'Create Service Order'
5. enter customer (eg: 1140)
6. open lov for serialnumber - it does not show serials that are currently active and in inventory
