Symptoms
Find Periodic Cost Update Fails with the following Inventory error even though the PAC period remains open:
Error
"No open period found for date entered"
(Error code: INV_NO_OPEN_PERIOD)
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter Open Interface rows with the PAC Types [Transaction Type 26, Source Type 14 (Periodic Cost Update types)] (Error code: INV_NO_OPEN_PERIOD)
(MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE and MTL_TXN_COST_DET_INTERFACE)
2. Run Periodic Cost Update
3. Find that the transactions are failing in error
