Information in this document applies to any platform.
On Oracle Applications 12.1.3 version, IAS for Applications Technology,
when attempting to Login into Applications after changing the APPLSYSPUB User password using FNDCPASS,
the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change the APPLSYSPUB User Password using FNDCPASS.
2. Restart the Application Services.
3. Try accessing the Applications Login Page.
