Symptoms
On Oracle Applications 12.1.3 version, IAS for Applications Technology,
when attempting to Login into Applications after changing the <APPLSYSPUB_User> password using FNDCPASS,
the following error occurs.
HTTP 500 - Internal server error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change the <APPLSYSPUB_User> Password using FNDCPASS.
2. Restart the Application Services.
3. Try accessing the Applications Login Page.
