On : 12.1.3 version
Different users of same operating Unit when trying to see a same service Request by their login then they are getting the difference of 1hour for the Reported field.
This is not correct as because user of same OU should see the same time in Reported field for a particular SR.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From same computer log into the application with both users.
2. Open service request form.
3. Check the Reported field in the SR header.
