ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to transfer some assets, the process gets stuck and cannot get the transfer to complete.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Be able to transfer all assets successfully from source organization to destination organization.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue cannot be reproduced at will, but the following steps were used:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User
2. Click on Assets tab
3. Search for an asset
4. Select Asset Transfer
