Field Service Dispatch Center Error: "APP-CSF-223251. There are unsaved changes" When Scheduling Task From Service Request Tab. (Doc ID 1926389.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to assign a Task from the Service Request Tab in the Dispatch Center the following error occurs.

Error

APP-CSF-223251. There are unsaved changes. Save changes and continue.


Steps To Reproduce

  1. Query Service Request number on dispatch Center SR Tab
  2. Right click and select "Schedule" to schedule the Task
  3. Advise form opens. Select a Resource and click on "Schedule"
  4. Click on Gantt chart icon and the following error is thrown:  
    APP-CSF-223251. There are unsaved changes. Save changes and continue.
     
  5. Click on "Cancel" and try again - error is thrown again.
  6. This time click on "OK". The Gantt chart opens as expected
