Symptoms

When downloading claims to a CSV file the user is getting a file not found error.

HTTP 500 internal server error - cannot display page

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Responsibility: Oracle Trade Management
  2. Navigation: Claims > Search Claims
  3. Download to CSV
  4. Receive error File not found
