When attempting to view the serial number details in the View Genealogy form, the form hangs and not data is retrieved.
The issue does not happen for all serial numbers.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Inventory Responsibility
2. Navigate to Onhand Availability form
3. Serial Numbers
4. Enter the serial number in the To-From fields and click Find button
Item is displayed
5. When the record is returned, click on View Genealogy.
The form hangs and never returns data (Mouse cursor spins).
