Symptoms

On PRODUCTION: 12.1 HRMS RUP6 version, Oracle Advanced Benefits

After submitting the Maintain Dependent Eligibility with a Location Parameter greater than20 characters, the following error occurs on the log of spawned process Dependent Eligibility  Summary Report;


MSG-00001: tmp002:
REP-1401: 'cf_standard_headerformula': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error

REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request.
3. Select Request Name Maintain Dependent Eligibility
4. Enter Parameters including Location with more than 20 characters
5. Submit
6. Error
