On Applications R11i and R12
Find after a change is made to a DEA Reference number the following message is NOT displaying
DEA reference ' + + ' has been changed since last processing of this element entry. Unable to retrieve the correct 'balance values for this reference'.

As mentioned document 1610646.1 the above error message should be displayed
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1 .Attached Direct Earning Attachment NTPP element to employee with below values.
2. Reference :123 Issue Date: 01-JUN-2014 Initial Debt : 100.00
3. Ran payroll for 13 2014 Week (21-JUN-2014 - 27-JUN-2014) period
SOE report is coming correct as expected.
4. Close the form. Go to Element -> Direct earning attachment -> Entries
5. Change the Reference to 1234
Save it. message appeared: 'Transaction complete : 1 records applied and saved.'
