On : 12.1.3 version, Set Up

Executing updates in Supplier, supplier site, contacts, etc, the business event is not firing consistently.

Expect to have the business event to fire in each update to synchronize the integrated systems.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update the supplier information
2. Check if the business even was fired.
