Missing the Apache Instances From VIS Install of 12.2.x (Doc ID 1926846.1)

Symptoms

After completing a Vision install of 12.2, the following is run:

 -bash-3.2$ ./adapcctl.sh status

It shows:

You are running adapcctl.sh version 120.0.12020000.2

Checking status of OPMN managed Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) instance ...
./adapcctl.sh: /export/home/applmgr/VIS/fs1/FMW_Home/webtier/instances/EBS_web_VIS_OHS1/bin/opmnctl: not found

adapcctl.sh: exiting with status 0

adapcctl.sh: check the logfile /export/home/applmgr/VIS/fs1/inst/apps/VIS_lifedb/logs/appl/admin/log/adapcctl.txt for more information ...
