On 12.1.3 version in Standard Benefits,
When attempting to change the enrollment in the Non-flex form, the following error occurs:
Invalid ID: The CM_TYP_ID value does not exist as of the effective date.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Go to Non Flex Program to Update Benefits
Step 1: Change Date as appropriate
Step 2: Query Employee
The following message popup:
This person has an unprocessed potential life event but has no life event in process. if you wish to process unrestricted event, press continue.
Step 3: Select “Continue” Button
Step 4: Change Benefits (unable to complete because of error below)
Step 5: Select “OK” button (benefits disappear (below), but are still viewable in View Enrollments)
The issue just happen on existing employee and on OSB program.
The issue does not happen on new employees.
