BI Publisher Could Not Identify The User Catelog If HASHUSERHOMEDIRECTORIES Is Set To 2 (Doc ID 1927118.1)

One creates an Oracle BI Analysis and save in the user catelog.

When creating a datasource by the Oracle BI Analysis, one cannot find it in the user catelog.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Log in a BIP instance which HashUserHomeDirectories is set to 2.

2. Create an Oracle BI Analysis and save in the user catelog(personal folder).

3. Create a new Oracle BI Analysis type datasource, and select ones personal folder.

4. One could not find the Oracle BI Analysis just saved.


HashUserHomeDirectories has been set to 2 in instanceconfig.xml file
