How to resolve INV_IOI_RELEASE_TM_FENCE_DAYS error on INCOIN? (Doc ID 1927571.1)

Goal

When user try's to create a new item by item import (INCOIN) with item template which has Release Time Fence = User defined time fence(4),Release Time Fence Days= Number value(Ex,1) and MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE.RELEASE_TIME_FENCE_CODE = Number value except 4(Example 5) and RELEASE_TIME_FENCE_DAYS = null, following error occurrs.
