Symptoms

When processing Trade Management IDSM Chargeback batches, the users receive the following error in Workflow:

An Error occurred in the following Workflow.

Item Type = OZFRSIFD
Error Name = -4061
Error Message = ORA-04061: existing state of has been invalidated
ORA-04061: existing state of package body "APPS.OZF_CHARGEBACK_PVT" has been invalidated
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped package body "APPS.OZF_CHARGEBACK_PVT"
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.OZF_CHARGEBACK_PVT"
