Symptoms
When attempting to save a bank,
the following error occurs.
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item global.global_flex.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Payables - Brazilian globalization
2. Path: Setup --> Payments --> Banks
3. Create a bank and save.
The following error occurs:
FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item global.global_flex.
The problem started after applying a localization patch for Brazil.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot go live in Production.
All users using the form to setup bank are impacted.
Cannot use the form for Bank Setup.
