After upgrade to RUP7 Suitability Matching Returns Internal Server Error

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version, Suitability Matching
When attempting to open the Suitability Matching function and then selecting any of the sub-functions, eventually this will time out with the following error.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manager Self-Service
2. Suitability Matching
3. Compare Applicants for a Vacancy
4. Enter in a Vacation Number to search and leave all other defaults
5. Eventually the function will time out.
This occurred previous back on Rup 6. When dealing with the issue reported in Bug 19055674, the Internal Server Error was identified and corrected. We corrected this by doing the following:
Change the profile value of "ICX: Session Timeout" to 30. This is the same as changing the "S_OHSTIMEOUT" in HTTPD.CONF to 1800. The customer has already done this on the Rup 7 instance and they are still receiving the Internal Server Error. I had them change the parameter to 3800 to see if that would work. It still times out with the same error. The Apache Server was bounced after making the changes, too.
