Unable to Return To Passport Tab (of PEOPLE form) If User Enter An Invalid Value In 'Passport Expiry Date' Field and hit 'Tab' (Doc ID 1927884.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Singapore HR

In Passport tab of PEOPLE form.  If user enter an invalid value in 'Passport Expiry Date' field and hit tab, there is no way to go back to Passport tab to correct the invalid data.

System is stuck on Work Authority tab despite clicking on Passport tab.

Expect user should be able to return to the Passport tab to correct the data.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Singapore HRMS responsibility
2. N: People - Enter and Maintain
3. Query back an employee
4. Select PASSPORT tab
5. Enter say the value '20' in 'Passport Expiry Date' field and hit Tab

The issue has the following business impact:
Issue brings huge inconvenience during data entry.
