Symptoms

After adding the following property (example shown) to the glog.properties file and restarting, it is found that the number of threads for this topic is not changed to the value specified.

!remove glog.workflow.topicGroup=agentUtility,4
glog.workflow.topicGroup=agentUtility,7

The number of threads is viewed by accessing the EventDiagServlet
