On : 12.1.3 version, Create Service Request
Service Request (SR) with status 'Closed' with closed attributes allows the SR Extensible Attributes box to be updated when the SR has been closed
Expect that the attributes should not be allowed to be updated for a closed SR
Steps to Reproduce
1. Close SR (Service Request)
2. Update the extended attribute
