MSCA PO Reciept Error 'Online Transaction Failed'

In Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA), when attempting to process a mobile PO Receipt transactions with RCV: Processing Mode set to On-Line, the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign in via mobile.
2. Navigate to Inbound > Receive > PO
3. Enter org
4. Enter the details of the PO Receipt transaction and click Done
Get Online transaction failed
NOTE: The transaction works when 'RCV: Processing Mode' is set to Immediate.
