Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

If parent record is updated after child is created, expect child record is not being updated


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

If parent record is updated after child is created, expect child record to be updated


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create parent record without appropriate setup
2. Create child record
3. Note that child record is not populated
