ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the service order management portal, there is a link to Create Service Orders. This links to the page known in previous releases as 'bulk receiving'. The lov for serial numbers on this page does not include internally owned instances that are in inventory. So no Service Orders can be created for internally owned products



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It would be expected for this lov to show those instances as well.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. logon
2. go to depot repair manager, vision operations
3. depot repair / service manager portal
4. select quick link 'Create Service Order'
5. enter customer
6. open lov for serial number - it does not show serials that are currently active and in inventory
