Current Full Cost Budget Amount Not Showing While Entering Impact On Change Order (Doc ID 1928497.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Change Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When entering a financial impact on a change order, there is no information on the existing budget.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The existing budget raw cost, burdened cost and quantity should be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Go to Control Tab
2. Create Change Order
3. Go to Impact Tab
4. Select Impact checkbox
5. Click on button "Edit Planned Cost"
6. Here system is showing the Existing Budget Lines but not showing the Quantity, Raw Cost Rate ,Raw cost , Burdened Cost etc.
