"Program - Daily Rates Import and Calculation" (GLDRICCP) not processing any records if any duplication exist in GL_DAILY_RATES_INTERFACE table (Doc ID 1928650.1)

Symptoms

Issue can be reproduced at will with following steps.

1. Load Daily Rates data into GL_DAILY_RATES_INTERFACE table.

2. Load a duplicate record for one of the already existing records

3. Submit concurrent program "Program - Daily Rates Import and Calculation"

 

The issue can be verified by querying GL_DAILY_RATES_INTERFACE table, where in duplicate as well as the non-duplicate records end in error and are not processed.
