Cannot add attached attachments to defined UDA during prospective supplier registration
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users should be able to add attached attachments to the UDA
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create UDA as mentioned in <Note 1367381.1> - How To Add Attachment To An User Defined Attribute (UDA) In Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM)
2. Access Prospective Supplier Registration link
3. Fill in mandatory details
4. Attach attachments
5. Go back to page 3
- The user cannot select here the attachments attached at step 4
