Comments Field Missing In R12 FS Wireless Move Order Creation Form (Doc ID 1928856.1)

On : 12.1.3  Field Service Wireless/WAP

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In R11i, user usually maintain the technician name in the comments field when they create move order to borrow materials from other technicians.
They always click the technician name link then they see the comments field.
But in R12, when user click the technician name link there is no field that can be edited and there is no comments field there.
From the move order created, they only can see the technician sub-inventory name, it is very inconvenient for technicians to identify this material requirement from whom.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to have the comment field in Move Order form after the R12 upgrade

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Field Serviced Wireless
2. Parts Search
3. Query an item
4. Click on the resource link
5. There is no comments field
