Symptoms
After applying WMS RUP 9, users are now facing a severe performance issue with Warehouse Control board when querying Outbound, Completed Tasks. Only experience the performance issue when querying for completed outbound tasks within a 1-day creation date parameter.
STEPS

1. Apply RUP 9
2. Navigate to the WMS Control board and query for completed outbound tasks within a 1-day creation date
3. Notice the performance issue
