Case Folder not Able to Calculate A Score Because The Decimal Separator Is A Comma. (Doc ID 1928995.1)

Symptoms

When creating a case folder, and the 'ICX: Numeric characters' profile is set to '10.000,00', the credit score cannot be calculated.  It works fine when set to '10,000.00'.


The credit score cannot be calculated for the data point Open Invoices Amount, most likely due to missing or invalid value. Please enter a valid value and recalculate the score or check the range of the data point is properly defined in the setup.

  1. Submit a Credit Application and try to calculate a credit score.
