"java.lang.NullPointerException" Error Trying to Enter Scheduled Start Date and Scheduled End Date For a Task (Doc ID 1929053.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Agent Dashboard

In Customer Support Specialist, while updating a task and attempting to enter the task Scheduled End Date,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In the Update Task page, select a Scheduled Start Date.
2. Then click on the Scheduled End Date field and the date picker window pop-up
3. Select a date and the reported error occurs.
