Symptoms

On : 12.1.3

Users are unable to save data entered in text fields after applying Patch 19478689 resolution summary after applying a patch


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open MFS client
2. Enter resolution summary on an SR.
3. Save the page.   Nothing happens.  The Page does not save.
