Symptoms

PRC: Generate Draft Invoice for a Single Project (PAIGEN) ends in an error status with the following error

 ORACLE error during DRAFT INVOICE GENERATION (cursor=504 code=-1458: ORA-01458: invalid length inside variable character string, )
 Leaving paifrd()Error during Draft Invoice Generation. Module paifrd returned failure
 Error during Draft Invoice Generation. Module paiagr returned failure
 Error during Draft Invoice Generation. Module paigop returned failure
