Symptoms

On :  12.1.3 version, Transactions Related

When attempting to do Receipt and Credit Memo applications,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item AR_WORLD.TM_INSTALLED_FLAG


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Receivables resp.
2. Navigate to Transaction/Receipt workbench
3. Perform Credit Memo application or Receipt application
3. Encountered error FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item AR_WORLD.TM_INSTALLED_FLAG
