Symptoms
On Oracle Applications 12.1.1 version, Workflow Mailer,
when attempting to start workflow containers,
the following error occurs.
An error has occurred! The Specified action is invalid given the component's status
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Whenever service components are started
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot start the workflow components.
