Symptoms

When attempting to run Create Releases program,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

po.plsql.PO_RELGEN_PKG.create_release_shipment exception; location: 002 SQL code: -20001
po.plsql.PO_RELGEN_PKG.CREATE_RELEASES.100 exception; SQL code: -20001


Steps to reproduce:

1. Run 'Requisition Import' program to create releases.
2. Once this is done 'Create Releases' program is getting triggered.
3. The program completed in error.
4. No Releases created.
