Maintenance Work Order Detail Report Produces Error ORA-20100 (Doc ID 1930025.1)

When attempting to run the Maintenance Work Order Detail Report for range of work orders, the following error occurs.
The issue is not reproducible at will. The report has always completed successfully when printing work orders individually.


ORA-20100: FND_FILE could not write to file o0048479.tmp.
An operation system error occurred during the write permission.
Contact your system administrator.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following example:

1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management
2. Navigation: Reports
3. Name = Maintenance Work Order Detail Report
4. Enter parameters as shown in the example below:
  Work Order From = 2456
  To = 2457
  Display Operation = Yes
  Display Resources = Yes
  Display Materials = Yes
  Display Direct Items = Yes
  Display Work Request = Yes
  Display Meters = Yes
  Display Quality Plans = No
5. Click Ok
6. Select Options
7. Select Oracle seeded Template – Maintenance Work Order Report
8. Click on OK
9. Click on Submit
10. View Requests – Returns the above error.
11. Now, run the report for each work order individually (instead of range of work orders):
     Work Order From = 2456
     To = 2456
12. Report completes normally.
