Requisition Action History Incorrect after using Email Client Forward Functionality (Doc ID 1930091.1)

Goal

After receiving an approval email notification and then the approver uses the email client software (ex. MS Outlook, Thunderbird, etc) functionality to forward the email to someone else, the action history is incorrect.  It is not capturing forwarded email responses approvals into Action History tables.
