For the EDAG requirement "Last Salary Change Date", the Special Information 2 field is being used.
I have a concerns regarding this solution.
Having an additional field like this will require a data load of new dates following each salary review (which we normally carry out via compensation workbench). This is an additional, manual step that will have to be remembered.
Question: Is it possible to find a solution which involves the existing salary change date on the salary form, with some logic as to which dates to include/exclude? (Eg. if there is a change in the assignment form at the same date, it should not be included, but if there is only a salary change - no assignment change, then it should be included in the report?)
