Symptoms

When attempting to query Journal in Secondary Ledger recently defined, an error appears:
ID N for the flexfield segment Rounding Rule does not exist in the value set GL_TAX_ROUNDING_RULE"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. GL > Journal > Enter
