In the Translate Balances form, you found that the latest Open period is not available for Translation.

The Period List of Values (LOV) does not show the period, while other periods are correctly displayed.

You checked and balances in functional currency exist for the problem period.

Also, only a Specific BSV was selected for balances translation.
