Error Opening the LOV for Profile "CSF: Default Debrief Business Process"

On : 12.1.3 version, Setup
When attempting to bring up the LOV for profile CSF: Default Debrief Business Process, the following error occurs.
Profiles couldn't determine the valid values for profile CSF: DEFAULT DEBRIEF BUSINESS PROCESS.
This problem is usually due to an error in the SQL validation for that profile.
Use the Define Profile form to fix the SQL Validation for the CSF: DEFAULT DEBRIEF BUSINESS PROCESS. profile.
This error may appears immediately following an Oracle error, which gives more information about what was wrong with the SQL Validation
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. System Administrator
2. Profile > System
3. Query profile CSF: Default Debrief Business Process
4. Bring up the LOV
