When attempting to perform a partial unit retirement on a fully reserved asset, the NBV is wrongly calculated.
Expect to have zero NBV in this case and correct Gain/Loss amount calculated.

1. Log into FA responsibility
2. Add an asset fully reserved
3. Perform a partial unit retirement
