Interview Creation Notification is not Being Sent to Interviewers (post RUP 6) (Doc ID 1931057.1)

Symptoms

After applying R12.HR_PF.B.delta.6, Interview notifications (email and worklist) are not being sent to the interviewers.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Interviewers are not getting notified of any interviews.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Interviewers should get notifications about interviews that they are part of.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to the Applications.
2. Navigate to iRecruitment Recruiter > Home > Vacancies.
3. Search for a vacancy.
4. Select the vacancy from the results and click on the Active Applicants link.
5. Select an applicant and click on the Create Interview button.
6. Enter the details of the interview.
7. Save the record.
8. Check the email or worklist of the interviewers.
