EB Tax: How To Create New Tax By Using Create From Existing Tax For Seeded Taxes

On : 12.1.3 version, EB Tax
Users require to create new tax by using "Create from an existing tax", as they want to share tax jurisdictions and tax registration from an existing tax within this regime:
"Use Create from an existing tax when you want to share tax jurisdictions and tax registration from an existing tax within this regime. You should only use Create a new tax when the registration and jurisdiction information for the tax is entirely different and independently maintained."
But when selecting "Create from an existing tax", they are not able to select seeded tax.
LOV GetTaxesCreateLovVO not returning any value for seeded tax.
If existing tax is not seeded tax, we will be able to successfully create tax with same jurisdiction.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Tax Configurations > Taxes >Create Tax >
2. Tax Source > select "Create from an existing tax"
3. Tax LOV - not able to select seeded tax.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Create a new Tax for seeded Tax Rates.
