Symptoms
On a Finder Results screen, when scrolling down of the vertical scrollbar in the results, the horizontal scroll bar jumps back to the left. When scrolling right on the horizontal scrollbar in the results, the vertical scroll bar jumps back to the top. This makes it impossible to view the results content in lower rows and right-most columns.
