This document provides a listing of the different item web services available from Oracle Product Hub, their supportability from an Oracle Development perspective. It also lists the limitations of few approaches and any workarounds available.

 Issue #1:  Update Operation from API Is Not Working Through WebService due to missing mandatory attributes
 Issue #2: Invoking two webservices consequently, for ego_item_pub.process_item and for error_handler.get_message_list doesn’t get the error messages from the first API.
 Issue #3: PL/SQL API works, but REST webservice returns 'U' / Unexpected error
 Section 5. New Process Items Web Service available from Release 12.2.13 or higher
