Symptoms
On 12.1.3 version in Oracle Advanced Benefits,
Reverse Termination causes benefit elements to restart.
On the record in question, customer had to back out and rerun the termination life event to get the old elements to stop.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Terminate Employee
2. Process Termination Life Event, all benefits end at the end of the month and elements are end dated
3. Employee has a Reverse Termination processed on the record
4. All Benefit elements are reinstated even through benefits are not reinstated.
