When Using Task Template To Create Task Assignee LOV Shows All Resources Instead of Filtering by Owner Group

When selecting the task assignee in the Service Request Tasks tab, the profile option "Service: Filter Task Assignee LOV by the Task Owner Group"
limits the display of assignee values. The same is not the case in the assignee field in the create task using template sub-form, instead all the resources are displayed in the Assignee LOV. This allows the selection of an assignee not belonging to the task owner group.
The resources available in the LOV should be based on the Task Owner Group setup per the profile option Service: Filter Task Assignee LOV by the Task Owner Group
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to (R) Service (N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests.
2. Enter SR Header information.
3. Click on Tasks Tab.
4. Click on Use Template button.
5. Enter the required fields.
6. Select Assignee LoV
- all Resources are displayed.
